Tiny Tiny is a little cowboy. He has a shiny brown hat and a tiny lasso. He wears soft boots that go clop clop. One day, Tiny Tiny goes to the bright amusement park. The park is full of color. It has spinning teacups, jolly horses, tall slides, and cotton candy clouds. Tiny Tiny holds the hand of Horse. Horse is gentle and warm. Horse has a soft mane and a kind neigh. Pig trots behind them. Pig is curious and cheerful. Pig snorts with joy and oinks a happy tune. Toy the plush bear hops along. Toy wears a red bow and has a gentle smile. Toy loves to hug Tiny Tiny when he feels shy.
Tiny Tiny, Horse, Pig, and Toy step onto the merry-go-round. The horses go up and down. Tiny Tiny swings his lasso in the air. They giggle. They wave at families around. Then they rush to the teacup ride. They spin in a bright blue cup. “Whee!” they shout. Pig laughs so loud that other guests smile. Horse claps his hooves softly. Toy squeaks in delight. Tiny Tiny feels brave and happy.
After the teacups, they wander to the cotton candy stand. They buy pink and blue clouds of sugar. Tiny Tiny holds his hat high. He wants to eat but he is careful. He never drops his hat. But when he takes a big bite, his hat falls off his head. He does not notice at first. He licks his lips and laughs when Pig offers him a piece. Then he reaches up. His hat is gone. Tiny Tiny’s eyes go wide. “My hat!” he whispers. “Where is my hat?”
Horse leans down. “Neigh,” he says kindly. Horse helps Tiny Tiny search near the table. They look under the cotton candy stand. They look by the spinning teacups. Pig sniffs the ground. “Oink oink!” Pig squeals. Toy lifts colorful balloons to look above. They search by the bright carousel. They call out: “Hat! Hat! Hat!” The park echoes with their call.
A small grey Monster peeks from behind a popcorn cart. The Monster has soft fur and big round eyes. It holds Tiny Tiny’s hat. The Monster looks shy. It hugs the hat close. Tiny Tiny and his friends feel a little fear. But Monster does not roar. Monster trembles and blinks. Horse steps forward. He lowers his head and neighs softly. “Neigh,” he says. Monster blinks again. It shakes its head and drops the hat on the ground.
Tiny Tiny breathes out. He picks up his hat. He snaps it on his head. He is so happy he almost cries. He walks to Monster with small steps. He holds out a new prize. He gives Monster a bright balloon. Monster gasps in delight. Its eyes light up. Monster hugs the balloon tight. Monster smiles a wide toothy grin. Tiny Tiny pats Monster on the head. Monster pats Tiny Tiny back. Horse, Pig, and Toy clap and cheer.
Together they walk to the Ferris wheel. They ride high above the park. They see teacups that sparkle. They see candy stands that glow. They see Monster waving below. Tiny Tiny waves back. He feels proud and kind. At the top, Tiny Tiny turns to his friends. “Thank you,” he says. Horse nods. Pig oinks. Toy squeezes Tiny Tiny’s hand. Monster winks from below.
The ride stops. They step down and take Monster’s hand. They guide Monster to a small booth. They buy Monster a cotton candy cloud of its own. Monster eats it gently. They laugh together. The sun begins to set. The lights of the park sparkle like stars. Tiny Tiny tips his hat. “Today we lost and found together,” he says. “We used teamwork and friendship.”
Horse, Pig, Toy, and Monster walk Tiny Tiny to the gate. They hug and say goodbye. Monster waves its soft paw. Tiny Tiny smiles. He lifts his hat. It shines in the fading light. He learned to share and to care. He found his lost hat. He found a new friend. He goes home with a happy heart. The end.
