Stinky Pete is a little girl with curly hair and bright eyes. She lives in a colorful kingdom of blue towers and golden walls. The kingdom has green hills and soft white clouds above. Birds sing sweet morning songs near the palace gates. Children run and laugh by the sparkling fountain. Colorful flowers bloom under tall, friendly trees. Butterflies float gently in the warm air.
Stinky Pete loves her soft teddy bear very much. She hugs her teddy when she feels safe and happy. One sunny day she carries her teddy to the palace garden. She watches silver fish swim in the clear pond water. She sits on a smooth stone bench and waves to ducks. She laughs as a dragonfly lands on her finger. Then she turns and realizes her teddy is gone.

Stinky Pete nods and holds the genie lamp softly. The genie waves his hand and magic stars appear. They walk along a path of shiny pebbles together. They pass orange marigolds and velvety moss. The genie points at a big oak tree with a hollow trunk. Stinky Pete runs there with quick little footsteps.
She finds a golden key shining in the soft grass. She picks up the key and wonders what door it unlocks. Then the sky darkens and wind begins to blow. A cackling voice rings out, "Give me that key, child!" A wicked witch appears in a tall black hat. She stomps her red boots and waves a crooked wand.
Stinky Pete feels nervous but stays brave and still. She hugs the key tight and takes a deep breath. The genie steps forward and hums a gentle song. Magic light sparkles around them like warm sunshine. The witch shivers, loses her hat, and drops the key by mistake. Stinky Pete picks up the key with a bright smile.
They hurry back to the palace garden gate and find a small locked door in a stone wall. Stinky Pete puts the golden key in the lock and turns it slowly. The door opens with a soft creak. Inside sits her teddy bear on a velvet cushion, waiting. Stinky Pete hugs her teddy close and feels joyful.
The genie claps and soft music plays in the evening air. He gives Stinky Pete a tiny star badge for being so brave. The kind witch watches from afar and learns to share kindness. Everyone dances together under twinkling stars and moonlight. Stinky Pete giggles and swings her teddy by the arm.
